Prior to private consulting, Rupert was a Project Manager in the 'Science of Learning' Research Centre, as well as an Enterprise Learning Designer for the Institute of Teaching and Learning Innovation.
He is also a registered Psychologist with postgraduate training in Organisational Psychology. His research, teaching, and consulting experience has focused upon Organisational Development, L&D, Capability Enhancement, and Change Management.
